Privacy Policy
In Plain Terms is built to be read without giving us anything. There are no accounts, no logins and no advertising. This policy explains the small amount of information we do handle, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who we are

- When you report an error: the page name, your message, an optional source link and, only if you choose to give it, your email address.
- Technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may briefly log technical details such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
- To check and correct errors on the site.
- To reply to you, if you gave an email address.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We process the information you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
How long we keep it
Error reports are deleted once they have been resolved, and in any case within 12 months. Email addresses are deleted once we have replied.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the service providers that run the site and its form (Formspree, Cloudflare), and only as needed for them to do so, or where the law requires it.
